Eric Cottrell

Eric Cottrell is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation, particularly in False Claims Act cases, governmental and regulatory investigations, and compliance issues at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since August 2010, where Cottrell serves as a Partner. Prior to this role, Cottrell worked at Mayer Brown from 2000 to 2010, holding positions as both Partner and Associate. Cottrell holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law (1995) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History and Politics from Wake Forest University (1992).
