Heather Munday

Heather Munday is a skilled litigator with extensive experience in discovery and legal technology. Currently serving as Discovery Counsel at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since September 2019, Heather has leveraged an in-house counsel perspective by previously leading eDiscovery for Georgia-Pacific as Senior Counsel from November 2008 to June 2019, where Heather built an in-house discovery legal capability. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Alston & Bird LLP, advising clients on government investigations and complex litigation, and working as a Clerk for the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Heather holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law and a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
