Kristen Bateman Leis

Kristen Bateman Leis currently serves as the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, a position held since August 2014, where responsibilities include strategic growth, client relations, and managing the firm’s practice groups. With previous experience as a Fellow at the College of Law Practice Management, Kristen also held senior roles in business development at McGuireWoods, Stoel Rives LLP, Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, and Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease LLP, focusing on client relationship management, marketing initiatives, and team leadership. Kristen earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Sociology from Capital University.
