Richard Glaser

Richard Glaser is a seasoned attorney and partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, where since November 2005, Richard has led the Government Investigations and White Collar Defense Team. In this role, Richard collaborates with both public and private corporations to navigate complex legal challenges, including investigations involving grand juries, regulatory agencies, and civil disputes. Prior to this, Richard served from 1982 to 2005 in various capacities, including First Assistant U.S. Attorney, at the United States Attorneys' Offices. Richard holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from West Virginia University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from Duke University.
