Tim Logan

Tim Logan is a partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since February 2018, where corporate finance law is practiced with a focus on public finance, complex structured commercial, and commercial real estate lending transactions. Prior to this role, Tim Logan served as an associate attorney at Winstead PC from July 2015 to February 2018 and at McGuireWoods from September 2006 to June 2012. Tim Logan began a legal career as an honors paralegal specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice from July 2002 to July 2003. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law (2003-2006) and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1998-2002).
