Tory Summey

Tory Summey is a Partner in the Employment and Benefits practice group at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since November 2019, specializing in employment litigation representing employers in state and federal courts on issues related to Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets.
