Managing Partner at Parker Remick

Hartleigh Caine is the managing partner at Parker Remick. Hartleigh has a long history of working in leadership roles in both the private and public sector.

Caine began their career as an assistant professor in economics at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Hartleigh then served as the deputy commander of an attack helicopter battalion in the 4th Infantry Division. In 2009, they were promoted to vice president of TOTE Maritime Alaska, where they oversaw operations for the company.

In 2012, Caine left their position at TOTE Maritime Alaska to become the chief of operations for the Stryker Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of a 2,000 member group. Hartleigh also planned and executed receptions for redeploying soldiers and their families.

After their time with the Stryker Brigade, Caine returned to Parker Remick, where they now serves as managing partner.

Hartleigh Caine's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School in organizational leadership, real estate, and green business. Hartleigh also has a Bachelor's Science degree in economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Hartleigh Caine reports to Chuck Ritter, Managing Partner. They work with Alex Porte - Principal Consultant, Amy Lewis - Partner, and April Garrett - Principal Consultant.
