Alex Tovstolug

Alex Tovstolug is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in medical malpractice defense and litigation, currently serving as a Senior Litigation Counsel at Parker Waichman LLP since July 2015. Prior roles include Associate positions at Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP and Gabriele & Marano, where a significant focus was placed on medical malpractice cases. At Gabriele & Marano, approximately 90% of practice was dedicated to medical malpractice defense, alongside experience in personal injury, labor law, and products liability. Previous legal experience also includes roles at the Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff, PLLC, and Law Offices of Joseph Lichtenstein, along with externships at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the New Jersey Office of Attorney General. Alex Tovstolug holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University.
