Paul Stansik

Paul Stansik is a Partner at ParkerGale Capital. Paul was previously with Bain & Company from January 2014 to December 2019, where they were Global Practice Manager - Leadership and Talent. Paul co-created Bain's leadership alignment approach, product, and playbook; designed and led executive coaching training to Bain partners on three continents; and co-led leadership effectiveness programs for C-suite teams in North and South America. From January 2012 to December 2014, they were an MBA Graduate Student at The Wharton School. From January 2008 to December 2012, they were Vice President at ITG. There they sold data-driven equity research product to institutional investors; hired, trained, managed, coached, and developed two Inside Sales teams; and led NE market during search for Sales MD. Paul was also a Professional Lacrosse Player with Major League Lacrosse from January 2008 to December 2008, and with Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from January 2007 to December 2008.

Paul Stansik has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School and a BSBA in Management from Bucknell University.
