Karigan Sparks is a Marketing Coordinator at Parkhill since November 2022, bringing valuable experience from previous roles including College Ministry Resident at Victory Life Church in Lubbock, TX, where responsibilities included teaching curriculum development, social media management, public speaking, and event coordination. Additionally, Karigan served as a Substitute Teacher for the Lubbock Independent School District and worked as the head coach for a 14u girls club volleyball team at Destiny Sports. A former Marketing Intern for Athletes in Action, Karigan successfully contributed to virtual projects during the COVID-19 shutdown. Karigan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Marketing with a minor in Sports Management from Texas Tech University, completed in 2021.
