Spenser J. Harvey P.e.

Spenser J. Harvey, P.E. currently serves as a Civil Engineer at Parkhill, Smith & Cooper since June 2017, with previous roles as an Environmental Engineer Lab Assistant at Texas Tech University and Environmental Intern at both VRX, Inc. and Granite Construction. In addition to engineering responsibilities, Spenser J. Harvey has taken on a leadership role as Chapter President of the TSPE Panhandle Chapter since July 2023, supporting engineers in the Texas Panhandle region. Spenser J. Harvey holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both from Texas Tech University, and has also gained early experience as a Repair Technician at GameStop.
