Henrietta Dyson-Paton

Henrietta Dyson-Paton is an experienced professional in the field of recruitment and research, currently serving as the Practice Head and Head of Research Ops at Parkhouse Bell since September 2019, alongside a role as a Talent Research Partner. With previous experience as a Talent Research Partner at Greenings and a Graduate Student at Edinburgh University Students' Association, Henrietta's career also includes a significant tenure at Armstrong Craven, where expertise was developed in healthcare and life sciences recruitment, collaborating with prominent companies such as GSK, AstraZeneca, and Pfizer. In earlier roles, Henrietta contributed as a Research Associate in technology and healthcare and worked with the Center for Human Rights and Development to support women's rights research. Educational qualifications include a Master of Law in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Philosophy from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
