Karolyn Ryan

Karolyn Ryan has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Karolyn currently works as a Product Designer at ParkHub, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at ParkHub from October 2021 to the present.

In 2020, Karolyn was the Co-Founder of Grow Creative, an online training company focused on personal development. Karolyn created content, slide decks, and PDF designs for the courses and delivered material through PowerPoint, Zoom, and PDF handouts. Karolyn held this role from November 2020 to February 2022.

From September 2019 to February 2022, Karolyn worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Rise Higher Designs.

Before transitioning into design roles, Karolyn worked in the medical field. Karolyn was a Physician Assistant at Locum from April 2004 to May 2021, gaining experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, wound care/hyperbarics, employee services, and family practice. Karolyn also handled administration duties and successfully operated a satellite Urgent/Primary Care office in New York.

In 2017, Karolyn founded LaFemme Coaching, offering personal and professional development coaching, courses, speaking engagements, and trainings. Karolyn also established the Inspired Mind bookclub to build a community of support and inspiration based on shared life goals. Karolyn held this role from June 2017 to September 2019.

Karolyn's journey in personal and professional coaching began in 2013 when they became a personal and professional coach. Karolyn later became an NLP Trainer and conducted certification trainings in NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnosis, and NLP Coaching. Karolyn'strainings focused on personal development, motivation, interpersonal skills, and goal achievement. Karolyn held this role at NLP Breakthru from January 2013 to September 2019.

Karolyn Ryan has a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant from King's College. Karolyn also holds a Graduate Certification in UX Design and a Graduate Certification in Graphic Design from Southern Methodist University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including PowerPoint Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) and PowerPoint: Designing Better Slides from LinkedIn. Karolyn also holds certifications in NLP Trainer/Presenter and NLP Master Practitioner from The Tad James Co. Furthermore, they have obtained the Physician Assistant Board Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
