James Moore

James Moore is an accomplished professional in the field of sourcing and sustainability, currently serving as the Director of Sourcing and Sustainability at Parkhurst Dining since August 2020. Previously, James held the same role at Eat'n Park Hospitality Group from December 2000 to August 2020, where responsibilities included sourcing, inspecting, and vetting food sources while collaborating with local businesses and farms to enhance food safety plans and support business development. Earlier in James's career, experience includes serving as the Director of Purchasing at Hilton and as a Mess Management Specialist in the US Navy, where duties involved baking, cooking for the captain, and overseeing galley operations. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HR&IM from Penn State University and graduated from Hempfield High School.
