Dave joined Parking Concepts in 2006 as a Vice President. His experience includes many years in the car rental industry, both in the US and abroad. In addition, he was an executive with a San Diego-based national parking management organization. He is considered one of the service industry’s experts at improving guest experience, operational efficiency, and maximizing financial returns for Parking Concepts’ clients. Dave’s senior management experience includes accounting, finance, operations, administration, business development, consulting services, and mentoring a large number of highly-successful leaders across the car rental and parking industries.
Following in the footsteps of Gill Barnett, Dave is most comfortable working alongside their associates, whether in the operations or in their administrative offices. He holds the title of #1 Frequent Flyer at PCI. Dave is involved with a number of parking industry organizations including the International Parking and Mobility Institute, National Parking Association, American Association of Airport Executives, and the Texas Commercial Airport Association. Dave holds a Finance Degree from Iowa State University and attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
