Gill Barnett

Gill started in parking management in 1957, at Los Angeles International Airport, and has enjoyed a successful career that has spanned over 56 years. In 1974 Gill founded Parking Concepts, Inc. Today, Gill continues with his unique brand of hands-on management as he oversees Parking Concepts, Inc. “get-it-done, do-it-now” senior management and staff.

Giving back to the industry, Gill is an active member of numerous trade and civic organizations and has served as a past President of the Parking Association of California and former member of the National Parking Association Executive Board of Directors. His personal involvement is reflective in the quality service each client of Parking Concepts, Inc. receives.
