Monique Lemus

Monique is responsible for overseeing the handling of claims with their insurance carrier and managers. Starting her career with PCI in 2008, Monique earned her stripes performing various roles including reception, customer service, and accounting roles. In her current position, Monique monitors and tracks their loss-prevention statistics and works as a liaison with PCI / TC senior management and IAG Risk Solutions in rolling out their risk-management and loss-prevention programs. Other duties include initiating policies to comply with safety legislation and transportation industry best practices. With a proactive vision, Monique acts as their liaison with attorneys, insurance firms, individuals in investigating any incidents that may result in a loss.
