Starting his career in the parking industry as a valet parking attendant, Sertse progressed through the management ranks overseeing several portfolios across the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Sacramento region.
He has a proven track record for service and operational excellence with emphasis on hands-on, in-depth knowledge of the operations under his oversight, rapid response to client and customer needs, revenue enhancement and cost control. His portfolio includes managing parking and shuttle services for Class A office buildings, municipalities, retail, mixed-use, medical and educational institutions. He has also consulted on and managed new parking access and revenue control installations, technology upgrades and multiple other facility improvement projects.
Sertse has B.A. in Economics and Associate Degree in Management from Addis Ababa University (Ethiopia).
