Romina Caristo

Romina Caristo is an experienced professional in aquatics management and coaching, currently serving as the Aquatics Manager at Redondo Beach Unified School District. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the Aquatics Center and supervising staff. Additionally, Romina is a Masters Swim Coach for both The Bay Club Company and Equinox, while also coaching at Redondo Union High School and Mira Costa High School. As the founder of Ocean Fever, a non-profit organization focused on open water swimming and environmental education, Romina fosters mentorship and outreach programs for youth. Romina’s extensive background in swimming includes coaching roles with SCAQ and Beach Cities Swimming, along with a long-standing position as a graphic designer for Parking Today. Romina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires.
