Foong-Yee Cross

Foong-Yee Cross is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Mencap since January 2020, overseeing various finance services including consolidated financial reporting and finance transformation. In addition to this role, Foong-Yee Cross holds the position of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Dolphin Living and serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee for Parkinson's UK. Prior to Mencap, Foong-Yee Cross had an extensive tenure at Lendlease, working in various capacities including Commercial and Finance Director and Head of Finance, where responsibilities included financial governance, project reporting, and facilitating new development opportunities. Foong-Yee Cross is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Cranfield School of Management.
