Ava Norris is an experienced healthcare professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades at Parkland Community Health Plan, where roles included Vice President of Clinical Health Services, Director of Health Services, and Associate Director of Patient Management. Prior to retirement in May 2024, Ava developed a comprehensive skill set in healthcare leadership and management. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Amberton University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Texas Woman's University.
