Brandy McIntosh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and client relations. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Parkland Community Health Plan since August 2020, Brandy has also pursued a career as a Book Author since March 2018. Prior to this, Brandy worked at Magellan Health in various roles including Data Analyst and Claims Resolution Specialist from July 2015 to July 2019, and earlier as a Customer Service Associate from January 2011 to July 2015. At Knudsen Law Firm, Brandy held multiple positions including Receptionist/Billing/Legal Secretary from July 2001 to December 2010, providing valuable customer service and supporting effective communication between clients and attorneys. Brandy began a career in customer service as a Teller at Commerce Bank from 2000 to 2001 and started in the proofing department of Miller's Professional Imaging from 1998 to 1999. Brandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Texas Wesleyan University and an Associate degree from Lon Morris College in English and Theater.
