Laura Kibby is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing education and clinical quality management. Currently serving as a Clinical Quality Program Manager and Investigator at Parkland Community Health Plan since August 2021, Laura contributes to enhancing healthcare services for Texas Medicaid STAR and Children's Health Insurance Program recipients. With a strong background in nursing education, Laura has held various instructional roles at West Coast University and Grayson College, and has also worked as a Rehabilitation Nurse at Encompass Health. Laura's nursing career began in the early 1990s, with significant roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas and Doctors Hospital. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Nurse Educator from Sacred Heart University and a BSN from South University, alongside an Associate of Science in Nursing from Cazenovia College.
