Neel P. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Neel started their career as an SAP HR Consultant at IBM in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Following that, they worked as a Project Manager/Consultant at an Independent Healthcare IT Consultant from 2009 to 2013. Neel then joined Tenet Healthcare, where they held roles as a Project and Program Manager from 2013 to 2017, and later as a Director from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Neel is employed at Parkland Community Health Plan as the Director of Strategy & Business Development since October 2021, following their previous role as a Strategic Analyst from September 2020 to October 2021.
Neel P. pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance at The University of Texas at Austin from 2003 to 2007. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016.
