Robert Boncan

Director (head) Of Fp&a at Parkland Community Health Plan

Robert Boncan began their work experience in 1994, holding various manager and senior financial analyst roles at companies such as Alcon Laboratories, Frito Lay (Pepsico), 7-Eleven, Inc., Nissan, Macy's Inc., and GE Camden Healthcare. In 2010, they joined Tenet Healthcare as a Manager of Capital Planning & Reporting, eventually progressing to roles such as Director of Capital Planning & Strategic Initiatives and Senior Director of Capital Planning & Strategic Initiatives in the FP&A department. In 2007, they served as the President of the DFW Alumni Club at Columbia Business School. Currently, since 2020, they are the Director (Head) of FP&A at Parkland Community Health Plan.

Robert Boncan has an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Finance/Marketing from the University of Southern California.
