Sofia Page is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and case management. Currently serving as a Team Lead Social Worker Case Manager at Parkland Community Health Plan since April 2021, Sofia focuses on care coordination and advocacy for health plan members. Additionally, Sofia works as a part-time Therapist and IOP Group Leader at Grace Counseling Centers, facilitating support groups for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Previous roles include Case Manager at Bryan's House, where Sofia coordinated care for children and families, and multiple internships in Argentina, engaging with vulnerable populations, including children and the elderly. Sofia holds a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Escuela Diocesana de Servicio Social.
