Shonna has significant experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources & Safety at Parkland County since February 2018, with previous roles including Supervisor, Human Resources; Human Resources Business Partner; Human Resources Specialist; and Safety and Training Clerk. Prior to this, Shonna worked at the Workers' Compensation Board in Vocational Services from November 2015 to August 2017, and as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Cabela's Canada from August 2014 to August 2015. Shonna also holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Certified Talent Management Professional (CTMP).
