Carilyn Bjarnason is an experienced professional in community development and fitness coordination, currently serving as the Community Development Coordinator at Parkland County since April 2016. Prior to this role, Carilyn worked as the Fitness Coordinator at the Allan & Jean Millar Centre in the Town of Whitecourt from November 2009 to August 2014. Carilyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Alberta, which was obtained between 1992 and 1994.
