Jennifer Nicol Sylvestre

Jennifer Nicol Sylvestre is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture NextGen at Parkland Corporation since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various senior management positions at Cenovus Energy, including Senior Manager of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, as well as roles at Husky Energy focused on talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness. Jennifer has also contributed to academia as a sessional instructor at the University of Lethbridge and has extensive experience in curriculum design and delivery in higher education. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary, where additional degrees include an M.Sc. and a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology and Sociology.
