Kelsey Heggie

Kelsey Heggie has extensive experience in corporate development and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Corporate Development at Parkland Corporation since October 2015, where previous roles included Associate in Corporate Development, Manager of Total Rewards, and Compensation Analyst. Prior to this, Kelsey worked as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Hugessen Consulting Inc. from July 2013 to October 2015, and held a position as Campus Recruitment Administrator at Suncor Energy in 2012. Early career experience includes a Human Resources Co-op Student role at Alberta Utilities Commission in 2011. Kelsey is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Ivey Business School at Western University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Saskatchewan in 2013.
