Leah Frazier

Leah Frazier has extensive experience in healthcare management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Advancement Services and Director of Operations at Parkland Health Foundation since January 2021. Prior to this role, Leah held multiple positions at Parkland Hospital, including Administrator and Associate Administrator of Business Sustainability and Development from June 2018 to January 2021. Leah's earlier experience includes serving as a Manager of Clinical Operations at UT Southwestern Medical Center, as well as an Administrative Fellow. Additional internship experience includes a Hospital Administrative Intern position at Emory Healthcare and a Clinic Coordinator role at Koudelka Plumbing Inc. Leah Frazier holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Baylor University.
