Eboni Joseph-Wilson

Eboni Joseph-Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eboni is currently working at Parkland Hospital as the Senior Director of Business Practice Population Health since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Children's Health as the Director of Claims Management from November 2018 to December 2020, and before that as the Manager of Claims Management from March 2016 to November 2018. Eboni also has experience working at United Healthcare as a Claims Supervisor from July 2013 to March 2016. Eboni's earliest work experience was at Time Warner Cable, where they held the position of Commercial Services Customer Service Manager from December 1994 to April 2013. In this role, they managed a call center and a team of contract coordinators and billing coordinators.
