Louis Howard III

Louis Howard III is an experienced operations manager with a solid background in healthcare administration and management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Parkland Hospital since July 2020, Louis also holds the position of Chief Hospital Corpsman with the US Navy since September 2011. Previous roles include Operations Manager II at Baylor Scott & White Health from November 2018 to December 2019, Senior Service Account Manager/Client Service Leader at Optum from July 2017 to October 2018, and Practice Manager II at HCA Physician Services from October 2013 to July 2017.
