Ross DeBolt

Ross DeBolt serves as the CEO and Chief Operating Officer of ParkLand Ventures, Inc., a company managing 47 manufactured housing communities across seven states since February 2015. With a focus on growth through acquisition, ParkLand is well-capitalized and capable of handling transactions of any size. Prior to this role, Ross was the VP of Business Development at eScreen for nearly 20 years, where responsibilities included P&L oversight, major account management, and internal process optimization. Ross holds an MBA from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business and a BA in Economics from Emory & Henry University.
