Shawn Suit

Shawn Suit has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2022 to present, they are working as a .Net Core Developer at ParkMobile, LLC. Prior to this, Shawn worked at IBM from 2019 to 2022 as an Application Developer, where they collaborated with government clients to develop web applications that supported the analysis of large volumes of records. Before joining IBM, Shawn worked at Alion Science and Technology from 2015 to 2019 as a Software Design Engineer. In this role, they built and maintained client relationships and developed simulation models for training scenarios. Shawn also designed and implemented a messaging system that improved development efficiency by 70%. Earlier in their career, Shawn worked as a Deli Associate at Publix Super Markets from 2012 to 2015 and as a Student Assistant at the University of West Florida from 2009 to 2010.

Shawn Suit attended the University of West Florida from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Biology. Shawn then went on to pursue further education at Florida State University from 2012 to 2015 and earned another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, this time in Computer Science. Alongside their formal education, Shawn has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Shawn became an Azure Developer Associate through Microsoft in July 2020 and achieved Azure Fundamentals certification in April 2020. In August 2019, they obtained the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM. Additionally, Shawn holds various certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including Certified SAFe 5 Government Practitioner (October 2021), Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner (October 2020), and Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master (October 2021).
