Ben Ko Lam

Ben Lam is a seasoned professional in the retail and food industries, currently serving as the Category Manager for International Products at PARKnSHOP since April 2019. In this role, Ben oversees premium and lifestyle Western and Asian food for all premium brand stores, developing and executing comprehensive business strategies. Prior to this, Ben worked as a Consultant at King Melody Limited from April 2010 to March 2019, where responsibilities included providing merchandising and retail solutions, as well as store concept and layout planning. Ben also held the position of Head of Food Division at City Super Limited from 1998 to 2010, managing fresh and dry goods merchandising and sales in a major lifestyle food store. Early career experience includes serving as Operation Manager and Buyer for Seibu Group Japan from November 1990 to January 1996, contributing to the establishment of Hong Kong’s first mega lifestyle supermarket. Ben Lam holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership from the University of Chichester and a Diploma in Management Studies from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
