Eugene Tsyrklevich

Eugene Tsyrklevich is the Founder and CEO of Parkopedia, a platform enabling drivers to locate and pay for parking, EV charging, fuel, and tolls globally, collaborating with major brands such as Apple and Audi. In addition to this role, Eugene serves as Charity Trustee and Co-Chair of MAD-Aid, a UK charity aiding vulnerable individuals in Moldova, and is a Board Member of the Startup Moldova Foundation, focusing on economic growth through the tech startup ecosystem. Eugene is also a member of Founders Pledge, a community of entrepreneurs addressing global challenges. Previously, Eugene held positions as Technical Lead at Morgan Stanley and Founder and CEO at Security Architects, Inc., which developed a notable Host Intrusion Prevention System product. Eugene's educational background includes a BA and MSc in Computer Science from UC San Diego and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.
