Dr. Tracy Rea is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with extensive experience in consulting and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Consulting Director at Concentrix Catalyst since April 2024, Dr. Rea's role focuses on creating business models and customer journeys that enhance tech-powered solutions. Dr. Rea is also a founding member of Diverse Talent Networks, Director and Founder of Talent Transfer Ltd, and Chairperson of the Board at Parkour UK. Previous positions include Client Director at Gobeyond Partners, Non-Executive Director for the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity, and various leadership roles at Laing O'Rourke and Lloyds Banking Group. Dr. Rea holds a PhD in Talent Transfer from the University of Stirling, along with multiple degrees in sport, education, and psychology.

Parkour UK
Parkour UK was established in 2009 by the UK Parkour/Freerunning community and the City of Westminster, Parkour UK is the recognised National Governing Body (NGB). Parkour UK as the National Governing Body (NGB) for Parkour/Freerunning, provide governance and regulation of Parkour/Freerunning throughout the UK, act as custodians of the sport/art, protect the rights & freedoms and promote the interests of Traceurs/Freerunners (practitioners), their member organisations & the UK community. We work closely with partners encouraging and developing the safe and appropriate practice of Parkour/Freerunning in addition to working with local groups, organisations, as well as national organisations/bodies, local authorities, constabularies. Our Mission; Parkour UK aims to support and develop Parkour/Freerunning in the UK, and to make the benefits of the sport accessible to any and all who want to learn. Parkour UK will always strive to maintain and improve the spirit of the sport/discipline. Parkour UK’s work is overseen by the Board, which meets at regular intervals. We aim to provide guidance, support and assistance on all levels to all practitioners of the sport/discipline, and to regulate and maintain the standards of the sport in the country. Parkour UK will oversee the development and management of the sport from grassroots to elite.
