Nicole Bates serves as the Regional Director at Mental Health Cooperative since February 2019 and has held the position of Manager of Clinical Improvement at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee since January 2016, focusing on HEDIS improvement across all lines of business. Additionally, Nicole has been involved with Parkridge Health System as a Quality/Risk Manager and Director of Med/Surg since February 2010. Prior experience includes a role in Business Development at Erlanger Medical Center from January 2009 to April 2010.
