Previously, Melinda worked at Parkside Lending as an Operations Implementation Specialist since May 2014, and held various underwriting positions at Florida Capital Bank Mortgage, Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, and Stearns Lending. Melinda's early career included leadership roles in operations at AMX Corporation and SIB Mortgage Corp, where significant regional expansions and funding achievements were realized. At Cal Bay Mortgage, Melinda managed an underwriting team and negotiated product commitments with investors.
