Padmanabh Jahagirdar (Paddy)

Paddy Jahagirdar has extensive work experience in project management, strategic projects, sustainability, and quality management. Padmanabh (Paddy) started their career at Kumar Mechanical Inc. in 2004, where they worked as a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer until 2010. In 2010, Paddy joined Parkson Corporation and held various roles, including Project Manager for Industrial Projects, Project Leader for Special Projects, Manager of Quality, and Director of Strategic Projects & Sustainability. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Project Management at Parkson Corporation.

Padmanabh (Paddy) Jahagirdar has a strong educational background in both engineering and project management. Padmanabh (Paddy) earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lamar University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Paddy has attained several certifications in project management. Padmanabh (Paddy) obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2009 and again in July 2020. Padmanabh (Paddy) also holds the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the same institution, obtained in October 2020. Furthermore, Paddy completed the Stanford Certified Project Manager - Advanced Project Management certification from Stanford University in January 2014. These certifications demonstrate their dedication to enhancing their expertise and skills in project management.
