Pawan Kumar Agarwal has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles. Pawan Kumar started their career in 2005 as a Manager Accounts & Finance at Greenply Industries Limited and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined The Paper Products Ltd as a Plant Controller and held that position until 2012. Since 2012, they have been working at Parksons Packaging Ltd as DGM- Accounts and Commercial.

Following that, between 1999 and 2002, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they earned the Chartered Accountant degree specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation.
