Debra Potempa MSN RN NEA-BC serves as the Market President for the Southwest Region at Parkview Health since April 2022, and concurrently holds the position of President at Parkview Wabash Hospital. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations and System Chief Nursing Officer at Mercyhealth from August 2019 to September 2021, as well as Vice President of Hospital Operations and Chief Nursing Officer at Mercyhealth Wisconsin from April 2010 to August 2019. Debra also held the position of Service Line Director for Critical Care/Cardiopulmonary Services at Provena Health from 2007 to 2010, and served as Manager of Nursing Professional Development at the University of Chicago Medicine from 2002 to 2007. Debra Potempa earned a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Saint Xavier University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from DePaul University.
