Catherine Phillips leads finance, income recovery, and financial inclusion departments at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. Prior to their current role, Catherine was Head of Corporate Finance at Southway Housing Trust, a Board Member at BIRKENHEAD FORUM HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED, and Corporate Finance Manager at MAG (Mines Advisory Group). Catherine has experience in treasury, development management accounting, and has worked in various sectors including education, immigration, and audit. Catherine holds a MA (Oxon) in Modern History from the University of Oxford.

Our purpose is to provide good quality homes and services to our residents and customers, and to play a leading role in creating safer, healthier communities. We manage almost 14,000 properties, providing homes for more than 29,000 people in Wythenshawe, making us the largest housing association in Manchester. Through our More Homes programme we aim to deliver more than 1000 new homes over the next five years with an estimated £195m investment. This will help address the housing shortage and leave a lasting legacy in our communities.
