Matt Fielding is a skilled analyst with extensive experience in data analysis and performance reporting across various sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Insights Analyst at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group since February 2023, Matt previously held multiple roles at Victim Support, including Data Analyst and Support Team Manager, where responsibilities included leading the analytic efforts for the homicide service and developing performance reporting systems. Prior roles include Energy Analyst at Matrix Control Solutions Ltd, Performance and Intelligence Analyst at Greater Manchester Police, and various analytical positions in sports, showcasing a strong ability to leverage data for performance improvement and decision-making. Matt holds a BSc in International Geography from the University of Leeds, completed in 2007.

Our purpose is to provide good quality homes and services to our residents and customers, and to play a leading role in creating safer, healthier communities. We manage almost 14,000 properties, providing homes for more than 29,000 people in Wythenshawe, making us the largest housing association in Manchester. Through our More Homes programme we aim to deliver more than 1000 new homes over the next five years with an estimated £195m investment. This will help address the housing shortage and leave a lasting legacy in our communities.
