Rachel Fairhurst has a background in Learning and Development, working in both the housing and healthcare sectors. Rachel currently holds the position of Learning and Development Business Partner at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. Prior to this, Rachel worked at NHS Pensions as a Learning and Personal Development Manager and at Riverside as a Learning and Development Business Partner and Advisor.

Our purpose is to provide good quality homes and services to our residents and customers, and to play a leading role in creating safer, healthier communities. We manage almost 14,000 properties, providing homes for more than 29,000 people in Wythenshawe, making us the largest housing association in Manchester. Through our More Homes programme we aim to deliver more than 1000 new homes over the next five years with an estimated £195m investment. This will help address the housing shortage and leave a lasting legacy in our communities.
