Simon has held various executive positions in companies such as Wythenshawe Community Housing Group, Salix Homes, Your Housing Group, Harvest Housing Group, Iliad Group, and The Riverside Group. Simon has a strong educational background with a Mathematics BSc (Hons) degree from The University of Sheffield, along with A Levels from Holy Cross College and O Levels from St Peters RC School.

Our purpose is to provide good quality homes and services to our residents and customers, and to play a leading role in creating safer, healthier communities. We manage almost 14,000 properties, providing homes for more than 29,000 people in Wythenshawe, making us the largest housing association in Manchester. Through our More Homes programme we aim to deliver more than 1000 new homes over the next five years with an estimated £195m investment. This will help address the housing shortage and leave a lasting legacy in our communities.
