Nic Balda

Nic Balda is a skilled Project Engineer with significant experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently employed at Clayens NP since October 2019, Nic oversees all phases of projects in a Thixomolding manufacturing plant, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion while acting as a technical liaison during the New Product Introduction process. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Tutor at Huntington Learning Center, where Nic prepared high school students for math and science portions of the ACT/SAT, and as a Project Engineer at CPP Wind Engineering Consultants, focusing on evaluating HVAC systems' environmental impact. Nic also held a position as a Mechanical Engineering Assistant at PH Mechanical before earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona in 2018.
