In January 2014, Parkway acquired its co-investor's 70% interest in the Bank of America Center. In April 2014, Parkway Properties Inc acquired Courvoisier Centre, a Class A office complex located in Miami, Florida. In April 2014, Parkway Properties Inc acquired One Orlando Center, a office building located in Orlando, Florida.
