John Guitar

John Guitar is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in senior management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Parkway Properties since October 2019, John has previously held significant positions including Managing Director and Vice Chairman at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, and Senior Vice President at Brightline, where responsibilities included overseeing development and leasing activities in major Florida markets. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President/Market Officer at Flagler and Director of Leasing at The St. Joe Company. John began a career at Lincoln Property Company as Senior Vice President. Academic qualifications include a degree in Political Science from Rollins College, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
